If you're actually ingesting meat in this process, then you have problems other than wondering whether sperm is vegetarian-friendly. It is, for the record; technically, it is an "animal product", not actual meat, so it's only an issue if you're vegan... and even then, it's up for debate, since the process by which you are extracting it (probably) doesn't involve animal cruelty.
