Um, no. Not every ship is expected to sink. They build them not to sink. When the get old, they stop sailing them. If they expected the ship to sink, why the hell would anyone go on it into open seas?!?

Im going to look like a complete douche when I say this but oh well here we go. The statement "The Titanic sank PREMATURELY on it's first voyage" insinuates that the Titanic was scheduled to sink at a later time. So there for the text is RETARDED.
