It could easily be something someone would ask a doctor lols, and anyway, if noone knows who the patient is, and the doctor themselves is anonymous, it cant be traced and doesnt matter anyway

it's not like he said his name, the patients name, or anything that could in any way let you know who the patient was (if it is real) so technically he's good....
